General Comments
HACCP: Discussed organizing things by the hand sink to make it accessible.
Verbal warning: Observed an air gap on the bottom of the door that leads to the patio area. The weather stripping needs to be replaced to prevent the presence of pests.
A follow-up will occur in approximately 10 days, at which point all major point violations must be fixed. The plumbing must also be fixed or documentation that a plumber has been hired to fix the hand sink is to be provided at that time. The hot water shall not be shut off to the hand sink during food preparation hours.

29  Observed the following plumbing to be improperly installed or maintained: 1. hand sink in the kitchen is leaking when hot water is turned on, and the facility had the hot water turned off to that sink because of it. Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code. All Plumbing modifications and/ or upgrades will be required to be permitted to inspected by the local plumbing inspector. (750.1060) 10 Days
